Enrico del Prato, born in Rome on April 12, 1960, is full professor of Civil Law at Sapienza University of Rome Law School.

Head of the Law Department;

Member of the Council of Sapienza University of Rome;

Member of the Research Commitee;

Director of the Master Anti-corruption;

Director of the PhD in Civil Law, Commercial Law and Labour Law;

Erasmus Program Director.

He has partecipated in many inter-univestity research projects and PhDs and has lectured at many conferences in Italy and abroad, too numeous to mention, Member of the commissions nominated by the Minister of Justice to reform rhe judicial system ad the Code of Navigation (1994-95) and to reform the Company Law (2001-03).

Visiting Professor in Hunan University (China, 2011) and in Columbia University Law School (N.Y., 2014).

Member af the Committee of National Research Council in Copyright of C.N.R.

Member of the High Court of the Sport National Commitee (C.O.N.I.).

President of a section of the Movie Commission in the Ministry of Culture.

Member of the Roman Bar Since 1986, he is an appeals attorney.

Author of 12 books and more than 100 articles. Editor of 6 books.
